Nasir Chowdhury
Advisor
Nasir Chowdhury is a seasoned leader with over 20 years of cross-continental experience across Bangladesh, India, and the United States. His expertise spans financial inclusion, fintech, program management, project financing, green and impact financing, risk management and mitigation, and compliance. He has successfully collaborated with governments, corporations, multilateral organizations, and prominent development partners including USAID, the European Union, SDC, the World Bank, and DFID/FCDO. His research and strategy work are further strengthened by collaborations with institutions such as Stanford University, the University of Pennsylvania, the University of Chicago, and the University of Nottingham. With a multidisciplinary academic foundation across international development, economics, and business administration, he brings a rigorous, evidence-based perspective to fintech innovation in complex markets.
Ahsanul Haq Khan

ARM Ahsanul Haq Khan is a Barrister-at-Law (Lincoln's Inn) and Advocate of the Supreme Court of Bangladesh with extensive expertise in banking, finance, and corporate law. He specializes in structured finance, venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, and regulatory compliance, advising leading financial institutions, funds, and multinational investors. Ahsanul has played a key role in structuring pioneering venture capital funds and complex cross-border transactions in Bangladesh. He is also the Founder and Managing Director of Khan & Partners. He holds an LLM with Distinction in Banking and Finance Law from Queen Mary University of London. His practice combines deep legal insight with a strong understanding of financial ecosystems, making him a trusted advisor in the fintech and investment space.
S M Zahadul Arafin
Advisor
S M Zahadul Arafin is a seasoned business and product leader with over 17 years bridging business and technology across telecom, fintech, payments and e-commerce. He currently serves as Deputy Director & Head of Emerging & SME Business at Grameenphone, having led strategic initiatives, product development and partner management across emerging business, e-commerce, logistics and digital financial services. His prior roles include senior product and m-commerce leadership at bKash, and product, VAS and innovation roles at Pacific Bangladesh Telecom (Citycell), as well as early career experience in banking and academia. He holds an MBA from IBA, University of Dhaka, a BSc (Hons) from Chittagong University, and completed the Strategy Execution Program at INSEAD. Professional credentials include Certified Scrum Product Owner and Scrum Master certifications, plus executive training in AI strategy, big data, human-centered design and risk management. He is also active in volunteer leadership, having served in governance, publications and committee roles with forestry and alumni organizations.
